- Delivery in South Africa is always free when purchasing from PrettyBelle, regardless of supplier/brand.
- Suppliers/brands have their own lead times which are noted on the individual product pages.
- Ordering from multiple suppliers through PrettyBelle may mean different delivery times for some of your items.
- If you’ve ordered from various brands, you may receive more than one package
- We offer free returns and size exchanges within 4 days of delivery and offer refunds by way of store credit on *undamaged/unworn/unwashed returned items.
- For returns and exchanges simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements for collection.
- Initial returns and exchanges will be funded and facilitated by PrettyBelle. Subsequent exchanges or returns will be for the customer’s account.
- Cash Refunds are only offered when PrettyBelle and/or it’s suppliers are unable to fulfill an order/part of an order due to the unavailability of stock.
- All other returns will see customers’ money refunded as PrettyBelle store credit.
- Certain items like customized items/made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective (see the full list of exclusions under clause 2.6 below). Please ensure you order the correct size, colour, and number of items.

DELIVERY, RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Products referred to herein or elsewhere on PrettyBelle.co.za as “PrettyBelle Products” refers specifically to products listed in the PrettyBelle Online shop, regardless of supplier/product origin. This delivery, returns and exchanges policy is applicable to all products found for sale on prettybelle.co.za. But is not applicable to supplier websites/their products as sold on other websites, including the suppliers’ own.
1.1 Delivery charges
PrettyBelle offers free delivery in South Africa on all products.
1.2 Delivery geography
At the moment, PrettyBelle only delivers to residential addresses in South Africa. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, farms, or certain rural areas. If you are unsure if we will ship to your address, please contact us at email@example.com prior to placing your order.
1.3 Delivery address
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your delivery address is valid and entered correctly. Should PrettyBelle need to cancel your order due to an invalid shipping address being provided, you will be refunded in store credit and will not be entitled to a cash refund. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available at the address provided at the time of delivery. Deliveries take place Monday through Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. PrettyBelle hereby indemnifies itself against failed deliveries.
Should we attempt delivery once without success, we will try to deliver again on the following business day and/or contact you via email or telephone to arrange for a second attempt at delivery. If there is nobody present to accept delivery of your order after repeat attempts at delivery, your goods will be returned to the sender (PrettyBelle and/or its suppliers) and you will be refunded in PrettyBelle store credit. Should you, however, not accept a refund and, instead, wish to offer an alternative address for delivery, delivery will be charged at an additional rate.
1.4 Delivery time-frame
Delivery times vary by supplier. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with the lead times on individual products as outlined in the product descriptions. Your PrettyBelle order may ship in several installments as items become available. This split shipping is at no additional cost to you. Delivery is always free.
As noted under “Delivery address” in 1.3 above, it is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address at which the goods can be accepted for delivery on weekdays during normal working hours (08:00 – 17:00).
2.1 Here at PrettyBelle we try our best to offer a stress-free shopping experience by offering you a curated collection of products from various suppliers under one digital roof.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair / replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below.
PrettyBelle has a strict 4 day return policy. Meaning the customer must inform us within 4 working days upon receiving the product and courier the product back to PrettyBelle.
Returns and exchanges are free of charge initially, but paid if more than one return/exchange is required per order placed. Our courier service will collect your parcel to be returned from your address provided for delivery. Alternative addresses to those used to place the order cannot be used to facilitate returns!
2.1.1 We unfortunately have a non-negotiable no refund policy. We will gladly replace the purchased product if the product is still in stock or credit you in the form of a gift voucher to be used on PrettyBelle online store to the same value as the original purchased product.
2.2 All returns or exchanges must be requested within 4 days of accepting delivery of the individual item, and items must be returned unworn/unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.
2.2.1 We reserve the right to reject a return/exchange of an item if it has been damaged, returned used, or otherwise altered from its original, resellable condition.
The only items that may be returned after the 4-day grace period are defective goods, which may be returned within 1 week of the delivery date by contacting us via firstname.lastname@example.org. In this case you will be asked to provide photographic evidence of the defect and to recount how the item came to prove defective. Should we elect to accept the return of said item, and find the item to, in fact, be defective upon closer inspection, you will be entitled to either a full refund in PrettyBelle store credits, or a replacement product. Should a replacement product be unavailable/no longer in stock, you will be entitled to request a cash refund.
2.3 A “Defective Product” is one which contains a material imperfection in the manufacture or design that renders the product less acceptable, useful or safe than reasonably expected, under the circumstances. A product is in a defective condition if it is dangerous to the user or consumer when used in the prescribed way and/or for the purpose for which it was manufactured or designed. The product must be defective in itself (due to manufacture or design flaw) and not be damaged due to washing, inappropriate use or normal wear and tear.
2.4 If you return a product we find not to be defective, you will not be entitled to any refund or exchange of said product, and will be held liable for the cost of returning the item in question to you.
2.5 In the unlikely event that the wrong product is delivered to you by PrettyBelle/its suppliers, please contact us at email@example.com to arrange for a return and redelivery of the correct items to your door at no additional cost to you.
2.6 Custom-made and made-to-order products, as well as any customisable products may not be returned or exchanged, unless otherwise specified.
Unless defective, the following suppliers’ items are currently excluded from returns/refunds/exchanges:
- SAPMOK (including Leonie High Tops Women’s Shoes, and Kids shoes)
- The PrettyBelle Boots
- The Legacy Vellies
2.7 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
PRETTYBELLE DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS BASED ON THE FOLLOWING:
- Damaged or Dirty products caused by the consumer.
- Used products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned and refunded.
3.1 PrettyBelle products (other than those excluded in clause 2.6 above) can be exchanged for a different size if the alternative size is available at the same price as the product you originally purchased. Unfortunately, you can’t exchange your original product for a different product.
3.2 If the size you want is not immediately available, you can choose to obtain a refund instead. Refunds will be for store credit.
3.3 For the item(s) being sent back for an exchange, requirements as in the Returns Policy (par 2.1 – 2.5 above) apply. (Please note exchanges need to be requested within 4 days of delivery by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org)
3.4 We can’t send you a new item without receiving the original product first. This means that, once your exchange request has been approved, we will collect the returned item from you and deliver the requested size free of charge once the one you returned has passed inspection.
