- Try to stay out of the sun in the hottest part of the day, between 11 and 3 o’clock.
- Dress your little one in a (cute) sun hat, sunglasses and loose, breathable clothing.

Our 2 year old just wants to be outside all the time and we have lovely summer weather in Cape Town!We’re teaching her te importance of sun cream,which isn’t so positive for our pockets. As our little girl now applies the sun cream herself before playing outside, which I’m very happy about though. We have 3 little boys who love the outdoors and, with their sensitive skin, this is just the right products to protect them, especially now that we have so much planned for the holidays.
I BURN easily. Like even in the shade. My skin colour is see through 😂 so I’m pretty anal about sun protection for the kids especially the baby in her car seat. The transition to the next seat has been tough without the canopy the infant seats have.
